Contacts access is used only for helping you quickly add customers and suppliers, reducing manual data entry, and improving the ledger management experience.

4 Transaction and Ledger Data

DirectKhata stores business ledger information such as money given, money received, credit records, payment status, transaction dates, notes, and attachments.

Ledger data belongs to the user or business account that created it. We use this information only to display balances, generate reports, sync data across devices, provide backup and recovery, and improve app functionality.

5 Files, Images, and Attachments

If you upload bills, receipts, invoices, or other documents, we may collect uploaded files, images, PDF documents, and related metadata.

These files are used only for features requested by you, such as attaching proof to transactions or generating records.
